Dr. Stacy Carlin, DC, CACCP

Chiropractor
Dr. Carlin graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls with a major in biology and a minor in chemistry. She attended Palmer College of Chiropractic, graduating in 2008. With the focus on pregnancy and babies in the office, Dr. Carlin is Webster certified and pediatric Certified from the Academy of Family Practice and Council on Chiropractic Pediatrics (CACCP). This certification required over 200 hours of study in pediatric care, two research modules and a comprehensive exam. This certification allows Dr. Carlin to specialize in conditions like sensory processing disorder, autism spectrum disorders, AD/HD, seizure disorders and more!

As a member of the Iowa Chiropractic Society, the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, the Greater Cedar Valley Chamber and Alliance, The Optimist Club of Waterloo, and the Downtown Waterloo Rotary. Dr. Carlin is an advocate for the chiropractic health of all ages, both locally and internationally. Dr. Carlin was part of a clinic abroad trip in 2007 to Fiji, taking supplies like toothbrushes, soap, clothes and school supplies to areas ravaged by flooding. The group of chiropractors provided care to over 2,000 school children and citizens in their two week trip.

Originally from northwest Iowa, Dr. Stacy Carlin and her husband Patrick moved to the Cedar Valley and opened Family Health Chiropractic, PC in 2008. The Carlins live in Cedar Falls with their 7 year old son, James and their 4 year-old daughter, Kate. Patrick is the Elementary Principal at Dunkerton School. Together they enjoy the beautiful Cedar Valley trails, spending time visiting family, traveling, going to seminars in their respective fields of interest, watching their children learn, and supporting UNI athletics!

Dr. Maria Staudt, DC

Chiropractor

Dr. Staudt graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls in 2009. She then graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2012.

Dr. Staudt practiced in her hometown of Rockford, IA for five years before joining Family Health Chiropractic. While at Palmer, Dr. Staudt completed a three-month intensive internship in Cranial Sacro-Occipital Technique. This technique allows Dr. Staudt to help patients of all ages with conditions like TMJ, migraines, post-concussion syndrome, seizure disorders, and many more!

Dr. Staudt is a member of the Iowa Chiropractic Society, the International Chiropractor’s Association, and the P.E.O. Sisterhood. Dr. Staudt enjoys being an active member of her community and is excited to be a part of the Cedar Valley!

Dr. Maria Staudt is a third-generation chiropractor. She was born and raised in North-Central Iowa. She enjoys traveling, finding new books to read, spending time with her niece, and attending Theatre UNI productions and shows at Gallagher-Bluedorn.

Chandra Harper

Integrity Doctors Certified Chiropractic Assistant
Chandra is one of our amazing office assistants, and she primarily assists patients with their insurance questions. She is dedicated to helping our patients understand their insurance benefits in our office and following up with their policies.

Chandra was born and raised right here in the Cedar Valley, and she is a graduate of Waterloo West High School. She attended The University of Northern Iowa and St. Ambrose University, studying psychology at both. She has since then worked for the last 20 years pursuing her passion for serving others. She has been with Family Health Chiropractic, PC since 2016 and is excited to help our community achieve better health! She is a believer in the benefits of Chiropractic care and is eager to help change people’s lives. She has two daughters and also enjoys spending quality time with them.

Office Assistant

Marina grew up on a farm outside Grundy Center with family, mom, dad and older sister. She graduated from Dike-New Hartford in 2011 and worked in retail for five years. Marina then had my beautiful daughter, Layla Evelyn Ann Moeller! They love playing and watching all the Disney movies they can! Marina is excited to join our team and eager to meet you! She knows chiropractic can help you feel better and live life to the fullest so you can help your loved ones as well!

Practice Representative

Natalie grew up in the Cedar Valley and has traveled all over the country the last 20 years working in the Hospitality Industry, utilizing her degree in Business and earning her CHA in Hospitality. She is excited to use her experience in sales, marketing and events to help educate the community in the Wellness program Family Health Chiropractic offers. Natalie also shares a passion for Veterans and currently serves as The Department of Iowa AMVETS Riders President. Natalie is married to George Cummings and has three children Cody 29, Nicholas 28 and Courtney 17.

She is delighted to be a Practice Representative for Dr. Carlin at Family Health Chiropractic, PC. The pride and passion Dr. Carlin has for her patients, offering individually consultations and complete wellness program is what made Natalie want to be a part of the award-winning team!

Office Assistant

Tamara is our most recent addition to our team, and we’re eager for you to meet her! Tamara was born and raised in Waterloo and attended East High School. She’s traveled to about 20 states so far in her life, and she loves sight-seeing and meeting people. She has one son, Lawrence III. She loves spending time with her family, going on walks, watching movies and taking vacations. She has always loved helping people and putting a smile on their face. Tamara has always had a goal to work in the medical field, and she’s very excited to start her career here at Family Health Chiropractic! Tamara is eager for you to experience the amazing benefits chiropractic can have on your life.

Integrity Doctors Certified Chiropractic Assistant

Shelby is one of our awesome front desk and certified rehab assistants. She grew up in the small town of Rowley, Iowa and graduated from Independence High School in 2012. Shelby has always had a passion when it comes to helping others and is excited to help others with their chiropractic care. She has seen first hand how chiropractic can help your well-being after seeing her father struggle with numerous back injuries. Shelby enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially her niece and nephew. She also enjoys kayaking, camping, and fishing in the warmer months. She’s excited for the opportunity to help you learn more about how chiropractic can benefit your daily life!
